Heineken House Activation for Coachella 2022

Coachella is back, and bigger than ever. 

Earlier this month, thousands of fans made their long-awaited return back to Indio, California’s  festival grounds. But it wasn’t just the attendees who were happy to see Coachella back again—brands were just as eager, too.

Over the past few years, music festivals have helped facilitate the physical extension of many traditional retail and ecommerce companies. These branded activations give customers a way to engage in the “real world,” and oftentimes in a setting they otherwise wouldn’t. 

We collaborated with our creative partners at Corso Marketing Group to print and install a wide variety of graphics for Heineken’s “Heineken House” lounge and concert stage. Spanning thousands of square feet of custom vinyl banners and print materials, this larger-than-life project has become a can’t-miss destination for festival-goers.

PRINT AND INSTALLATION SERVICES BY A3 VISUAL

In preparation for Coachella’s opening weekend, we produced a wide variety of materials for Heineken’s brand activation. This project included dozens of unique assets including UV-printed Sintra boards, durable vinyl banners, router cut E-Panels, and Coroplast signs.

Each of these printed graphics prominently showcased the Heineken brand or the company’s festival slogan, ”You Are Here.” These materials were carefully installed throughout the venue, including bar tops and lounges to stage backdrops, photo-ops, check-in tables, and more. The activation created a sea of Heineken green, with pops of the brand’s iconic red star throughout. All weekend long, highlights from the Heineken House and stage were shared across social media as guests made the most of the branded venue. 

We shipped all materials to the festival ground ahead of time, with our Los Angeles-based installation crews providing the final steps required to activate the project.
