At A3 Visual, we thrive on pushing the boundaries of what's possible in event production. This year, we took center stage at The Bitcoin Conference—the largest Bitcoin event in the world—delivering visual experiences that not only captivated but also redefined how attendees engage with the future of finance.
The Bitcoin Conference is a global gathering of the brightest minds in cryptocurrency. Thousands of Bitcoin enthusiasts, innovators, and industry leaders converge to explore the latest trends, debate the future of digital currency, and witness groundbreaking advancements. This was the perfect stage for us to showcase our expertise in creating immersive, large-scale visual experiences.
One of our marquee contributions was a jaw-dropping 300'x32' stage projection on the Nakamoto Stage. We designed a high-lumen projector mapping installation to directly bring motion graphics to life on the venue's airwall. The visuals we projected were transformative.
Using 18 Christie 22,500-lumen double-stacked projectors, we ensured that the imagery was vivid, crisp, and impossible to ignore. Our setup included two stacks for presentation/IMAG PIPs to maintain full resolution and a center 4K resolution stack to make the backdrop for the presenters truly shine—especially during closeups for the live stream. The result was a breathtaking "Bitcoin Citadel" that used forced perspective effects to represent Bitcoin's monumental global impact and its promising future.
Our work didn’t stop at the Nakamoto Stage. We extended our creative vision across the conference with nine different activations, each one designed to surprise and engage attendees.
Here’s a snapshot of what we brought to life:
Our goal was simple: to ensure that at every corner of the conference, attendees encountered engaging, thought-provoking digital content that echoed the core mission values of The Bitcoin Conference. At A3 Visual, we focus on crafting experiences that inspire and demonstrate what's possible in visual storytelling.
