Business Development Manager / Account Executive

As a Frontend Developer, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional digital experiences for our clients. You’ll work on a variety of websites, web applications, and interactive experiences, ensuring they are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites and web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or other design files into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.
• Build interactive UI components with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
• Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers throughout the development process.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
• Maintain and improve existing websites and applications.
• Ensure code quality through testing and best development practices.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience working with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards and SEO best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or other CSS frameworks.
• Experience with WordPress or headless CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies and deployment workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
