SOLUTION
To address the multifaceted challenges posed by the Midnight Countdown Show, we deployed a comprehensive and meticulously crafted solution, leveraging our expertise in AV, content creation, and technical innovation.
Our team conducted thorough site assessments including a 3D scan of City Hall to ensure seamless projection mapping throughout the event. Through detailed analysis of the building's architecture, surface characteristics, and environmental conditions, we devised a strategic plan to optimize luminosity and maximize visual impact.
Using state-of-the-art projection equipment, we employed Panasonic high-lumen projectors to shine vibrant and immersive visuals across L.A. City Hall. Rigorous testing and calibration processes ensured optimal brightness, clarity, and color accuracy, even in challenging lighting and weather conditions.
In tandem with our technical prep, our content creation team developed captivating and dynamic visuals tailored specifically to the unique contours and dimensions of City Hall's architecture. Collaborating with Gloria Molina Grand Park and The Music Center, we conceptualized a storyboard that seamlessly integrated the music, culture, and history of L.A. through motion graphics, animation, and special effects.
The A3 Visual team's work, especially the art and quality, left our guests absolutely wowed. It's clear how much talent and effort went into every detail. Working with you was a highlight for us, and your team's dedication shone brightly throughout Gloria Molina Grand Park's NYELA.
